Learn Spanish in Malaga, Spain
Our partner school is housed in a historic four-storey school building was extensively and freshly renovated in autumn 2017 and is located in a lively street right in the heart of the city, very close to the Picasso Museum, Thyssen Museum and just ten minutes from the beach, Playa de La Malagueta. This language school promises to teach Spanish in a lively environment with an authentic Andalusian charm, typical Spanish alegría de vivir and an incomparable cultural offering.

The sixth largest city in Spain attracts tourists all year round and has the beaches of the Costa del Sol on its doorstep. An average annual temperature of 23ºC quickly makes you forget the often dull monotony of everyday life and the surrounding mountains of Sierra de Mijas and Montes de Málaga invite you to go on extensive hikes. Malaga has the second largest Mediterranean port, but with about 600,000 inhabitants, it’s not a giant metropolis when compared to Madrid or Barcelona, so there’s a very friendly and warm atmosphere in the city.

A varied and enriching experience as you are fully integrated into the everyday life of a Spanish family and are surrounded by Spanish culture. For those who want to immerse themselves in the culture and get to know the Spanish way of life, accommodation with a host family is the best option. From the beginning you will feel at home and as part of the family. You will eat together and have the opportunity to practice Spanish outside of the classroom, expand your vocabulary and improve your language skills.
Residence
The accommodation in the dorm has its advantages of course. Living together with other students creates ideal conditions for an optimal learning atmosphere. You can implement what you have learned with your roommates, put it directly into practice and help each other to advance your own learning processes. You instantly make contacts and explore the city with other international participants around your age.

In southern Spain, the weather is very pleasant year-round. Learning Spanish in Malaga means more to discover than just the Spanish language and the beautiful weather. The language school offers a variety of cultural activities and excursions.
Every afternoon and evening there are various activities for the students. Here are some examples:

Most of these activities are included in the language program and no additional fees are due. Some may incur lower entry fees and transport costs.
All activities are entirely in Spanish and thus provide the opportunity to demonstrate your skills outside of Spanish lessons. You will also learn a lot about the culture and history of the country.
Furthermore, you can use the various excursions to learn more about the regional traditions and to meet new people. Here are some examples:

The registration for this takes place on site. Most excursions cost extra. The excursions provide a great opportunity to learn more about the language, culture and history of Spain.
