Antibes is chic and relaxing coastal town, located twixed Nice and Cannes on the French Riviera, that’s known for its stretching beaches and its old town’s architectural beauty. Our partner school is just a ten minute walk from the old town, is open all year round and boasts 23 modern classrooms where you can learn French surrounded by beautiful gardens - as learning environments go, this place is simply blissful and stimulating. The beauty of your surroundings is sure to help the elegant French language drift eloquently off your tongue in no time!
The school first opened in 1985 and now welcomes over 2,500 adult students each year, offering a wide range of courses and programmes to help adults of all ages learn and improve their French language skills in a way that suits their individual needs; whether you’re moving to France, need to pass an exam or simply want to be able watch Truffaut films without subtitles, we’ll find something to suit you!
Once class is over you’ll be able to enjoy the cafes, terraces and museums of the old town or head straight to the beach for some sunbathing and a quick dip in the sea.
You don’t speak a word of French yet, but would like to start learning?
No worries, there’s no better place to start learning French than in the country of its birth and our partner school accepts beginners with open arms! However, the start dates for the beginner courses are different so please contact us directly for more information!

This course is primarily recommended for students who want to learn French quickly and offers them the opportunity to develop spontaneous linguistic responses: 20 standard course classes, plus 10 classes focused on oral activities in small groups in the afternoon.

Residence: Aragon
This quiet and sophisticated residence is also located close to the beaches and the downtown area and boasts 28 recently renovated apartments as well as a communal sitting room and terrace area where you can relax and study.
Aragon’s single and double studios all come equipped with an individual shower room, an individual, well-equipped kitchenette, reversible air conditioning, television.
No double occupancy for students over 30.

Host Families
This is the best way to guarantee complete immersion into French culture and the local way of life.
Our partner school chooses their host families carefully and visit them regularly to ensure they are the best Antibes has to offer; all families offer comfortable homes, are open and ready to invite you to share and become a part of their daily lives.
The majority of the host families live within walking distance of the school, however, especially in high season, students can be placed in host families a little bit further away - but never more than a 30 minute bus journey, the costs of which will be covered and included in the price.
Should you choose to stay in a twin room, the school will try to place you with a roommate who doesn’t have the same mother tongue, encouraging you to further practice French outside of the classroom.
If you have any dietary requirements, please let us know in advance and we should be able to arrange it with the school and your host family.
Students aged 25 and over cannot be placed in a twin room unless they book together.
Lunches from Monday to Friday (self-service restaurant at school, payable on-site) 10 EUR/lunch

For students who wish to use their free time to visit the region, the school organises a range of activities and excursions each week, all at an extra cost of course!
Excursion destinations include the nearby cities of Nice and Cannes as well as the rich microstate of Monaco. You'll also get the chance to visit some natural landmarks and more rural beaches.
To help you enjoy the social aspect of your French student life, the school organises evening and weekend activities for you to enjoy with your new friends, some of which may even involve a glass of wine or two!
