Come and improve your German in one of Europe’s busiest and most cosmopolitan cities!

Our partner school is located in Frankfurt’s Sachsenhausen district, one of the cities most beautiful and historic districts that emerged from the war unscathed, and so still has its original cobbled streets and architecture from the middle ages. Aside from its eye-pleasing aesthetic, the district is known for being a calm and laid back district, but it’s also well-visited at night thanks to its bars clubs and famous apple wine pubs.

This historic district is a cultural hotspot, a fact most typified by its museum embankment, and it’s just 10 minutes away from here that our German partner school was created in 1989.. This ground floor schools boasts 7 modern classrooms and plenty of facilities including free WiFi, e-learning facilities, computers and a school cafeteria. The school welcomes on average around 800 students every year.

Once German class is done for the day, you can join the activity programme and explore Frankfurt and its surrounding area or enjoy a drink and some other activities in the evening with your new friends!

Host Families

Living with a host family is the best way to immerse yourself in the language as you’ll get to continue learning after class by putting your language skills into real life practice, as you become part of the family!
If you select the shared room option, our partner school will take care to make sure your roommate has different mother tongue to you, encouraging you both to practice German as much as possible.

At this school, it’s worth noting that the host families are not always ‘traditional’ families; there are also single parent families and single elderly people who will welcome you into their home.
