FriLeadership Camp inspires you to push beyond your comfort zone and actively shape the next generation of leaders.

Discover our Leadership Camp in the Swiss Alps, in Braunwald! Unconference, storytelling, shark tank pitch, leadership: at the friLeadership Camp, you grow into the leader and influencer of tomorrow.

The future doesn't just need managers, it needs real leaders who act with empathy and work side by side with their teams.

But above all, the friLeadership Camp is about becoming a real team. Through group games, shared activities and hikes in the Alps, you will get to know each other, build trust and bring out the best in one another. That team dynamic is what makes every module even more powerful.

Camp Format

The friLeadership Camp runs over two weeks in Braunwald, from July 12 to 25. It is also possible to join for one week only: the first week (July 12–18) or the second week (July 19–25). Whichever format you choose, the full programme is delivered entirely in English, with the empathetic and dedicated camp leaders you know from friLingue.

The programme is built around three modules:

ENTREPRENEURSHIP

There is nothing more creative than entrepreneurship. We want to ignite that spark in you and pass on the entrepreneurial mindset. In the Shark Tank competition, you and your team will put your creativity and business instincts to the test. At the grand finale, you will have 5 minutes to pitch your project on stage.

SELF-CONFIDENCE

Stepping up, speaking out, daring to try: self-confidence is at the heart of leadership. This module is built around two key activities:

Unconference: a participant-led event that promotes collaboration, open dialogue and adaptability.

Talentshow: a showcase of diverse talents highlighting creativity, self-expression and each participant's leadership qualities.

LEADERSHIP

Our goal: to develop authentic leaders who can change the world for the better. This module includes:

Mountain hike (first week, July 12–18 only): a two-day hike with an overnight stay in a mountain refuge, designed to challenge you physically and mentally while building resilience and independence.

Storytelling: great stories captivate, unite and inspire. All the world's leading brands rely on storytelling today, and you will learn to craft and tell your own.

Survival training: hands-on exercises to develop resourcefulness and adaptability in unexpected situations.

Feedback games: regular reflection sessions at the end of each day, where leaders and participants exchange observations on individual progress and camp learnings.

Pricing and Inclusions

The all-inclusive price covers accommodation, meals, guided workshops, outdoor adventures and all planned activities, whether you join for one week or two. Every aspect of your stay is carefully designed to give you an optimal learning experience.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP Adventure: Dive into the Shark Tank Experience
Embark on a Shark Tank-inspired journey! Kick off the week with one-minute business pitches that get the adrenaline pumping, as participants unleash their creative instincts. The five best projects, chosen by their peers, become the focus of the week. Teams form, ideas flourish, and camp leaders channel their inner "sharks" to guide these budding entrepreneurs. This is not just about business, it is about teamwork, critical thinking and the entrepreneurial spark.
