Language Study Holiday in Augsburg (Bavaria)
Augsburg is a human-sized city (30 minutes away by train from Munich), but also one of the oldest city in Germany, since it was founded by the Romans, and this rich history has left its marks in the architecture. During the year, Augsburg is full of students, while in the Summer a lot of tourists come to enjoy the charms of its charming center, its gardens and the Augsburg Western Forest (a large natural park which borders the agglomeration).
Our partner school is located in the heart of the city, and counts five classrooms – during the summer, since many students are coming from all around the world to learn German in Augsburg, the school has to rent three extra rooms in a nearby hotel.
During their stay, the participants will be living by host-families, improve their German in small groups of 15 students maximum, and enjoy an enthusiastic activity program.
So come and discover Bavaria and learn German with teenagers of all nationalities in our partner school in Augsburg!

During their stay, teenagers are hosted by host families with whom the school has been in contact for many years, in a twin room (with another participant). These families usually live near the school (maximum 30 minutes away by public transportation).
Participants are served 2 meals a day in the family – as for lunch, they eat at school.
They go to school and back on their own, by public transportation (at the beginning of their stay, they will be given a bus pass and all the necessary information).

This is a sample programme. Activities and excursions can vary significantly depending on the weather, or other factors that are beyond our control.
Participants will take part to a lot of cultural and recreational activities after class, every day of the week: canoe on the river, bowling, mini-golf, visits of the city and of the local museums.
On Saturday, they’ll go to visit Munich (or another bigger city in Bavaria)
Transfer from / to Augsburg central station
This transfer is not included in the price!
Transfer from the airport
The airport transfer is not included in the price. The price for different airport transfer options can be found in the extras section of the booking form.
Arrival at the airport
To benefit from the transfer, you must land on Sunday and take off on Saturday between 9am and 6pm. If your arrival and / or departure are outside these hours please consult the extras for additional fees.
