Discover Your Inner Artist at friLingue’s Creative Camp!
For Spring 2026, the Creative camp will take place in Liddes (St. Bernard region), Switzerland.
Join our new Creative Camp, where young artists come to life! Our camp is specially designed for children aged 8 to 13 who are passionate about exploring their creativity. In the inspiring setting of friLingue, we offer a unique blend of hands-on creative activities, all conducted in English, to foster artistic expression and imagination. Don’t worry, you don’t need to speak perfect English—creativity doesn’t require many words!
Please note: This camp does not include language lessons! However, you can book an intensive course if desired, with 3x2 or 2x2 lessons per week in the afternoon.
What to Expect:
Morning Creative Workshops:
- Art & Craft: Dive into a world of colors, textures, and materials. Our workshops cover a wide range of activities, from painting and drawing to pottery and crafting. Each day brings a new project, allowing you to experiment with different techniques and materials.
- Drama & Performance: Unleash your inner actor in our drama sessions. Through fun games and activities, you’ll learn the basics of acting. It’s all about creativity, confidence, and most importantly, fun!
- Music & Rhythm: Explore the world of music through interactive sessions that include singing and basic instrument play. You’ll have the opportunity to create your own music and even participate in a mini talent show.
Afternoon Program:
After a creative morning, you will join the regular friLingue afternoon program (see the “PROGRAM” tab).

What's Included?
Morning Activities
Dive into the world of creativity every morning from 9:00 to 12:30! Our workshops are designed to unleash your artistic talents and ignite your imagination. With a mix of Arts & Crafts, Drama & Acting, and Music & Rhythm, you’ll have the chance to tackle new creative challenges every day.
Afternoon and Evening Program
After an inspiring morning, you can join the regular friLingue afternoon and evening program. This includes a variety of creative workshops, sports activities, and entertaining leisure options.
Intensive Course Option (Language Course)
For those who would like to add a bit of language learning to their day, you can book 2x2 or 3x2 lessons in the afternoon (see Extras). The intensive course takes place in small groups of six participants.
Full-Board Accommodation
Enjoy comfortable full-board accommodation, ensuring you are well-rested and energized for the day’s creative activities.
Excursions
Take part in exciting excursions that allow you to explore the surrounding area and its attractions. These outings offer the perfect balance between creative expression and thrilling outdoor adventures.

Relais de Dranse - Liddes - St. Bernard - Spring 2026
Our spacious, 2014 renovated chalet “Relais de Dranse” in Liddes is in a wonderfully quiet location on the Dranse, a source river of the Rhone, about 5 minutes below the pass road into the Aosta Valley. Equipped with ping pong, billiards, table football and a garden to romp around in, our chalet offers everything for a perfect get around. You will soon feel at home here. Lots of exercises, no traffic noise, no through traffic, absolutely ideal for relaxed language holidays in Valais
Alternatively, you can also live with a host family in Liddes St. Bernard. From morning to evening French - so you give your language skills an extra boost and get to know French in everyday life. Our gracious host families look forward to getting to know you during your vacation language course.

Creative Activities
In the morning, you can let your imagination run wild through various creative activities. Here are some examples: painting, drawing, pottery, crafting, theater, music, and much more! Creativity and fun are guaranteed.
Workshops
We currently offer a wide array of workshops, such as sports workshops (football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, ultimate frisbee, American football, etc.), art workshops (painting, drawing, graffiti, dance, yoga, meditation, etc.), cooking workshops and many else.
Evening Activities
Evening activities are the shining star of our language camp program, saving the best for last! We always put in the extra effort to include each and every student into the activity that's planned for the evening, and those activities are: disco night, karaoke night, card and board games night, casino night, movie night, campfire, zombie & werewolf games, sardines, reverse hide&seek, and many else.
In addition to numerous activities, workshops and language learning, we explore the region during one full-day excursion and two half-day excursions per week:

INTENSIVE COURSE: 100 - 150 CHF
2/3 additional afternoon languages classes per week held in smaller groups (2-6 participants on average)
HORSE RIDING COURSE: 250 CHF per week
Join our horse riding course in Verbier, perfect for beginners to intermediates (not suitable for the experienced). Three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday afternoons) with expert instructors in stunning surroundings.
Note: A minimum of 3 participants per week is required for the course to proceed!
TENNIS LESSONS: 150 CHF PER WEEK
6 hours of tennis training per week
LAUNDRY SERVICE (only available for bookings of 2 weeks or more): 40 CHF
In special cases, we offer a laundry service for stays of only 1 week. Please contact us by email or phone.

AIRPORT TRANSFER (for participants coming from abroad)
Spring 2026 notice: Airport transfers for this camp are organized from Geneva Airport.
Also please note that air tickets are not included in the price.
1. Geneva: every Sunday - 150 CHF each way
Arrival between 10.00 and 16.00.
Departure between 12.00 and 18.00.
Transfers on Sunday outside theses hours - 400 CHF each way
Transfers any time between Monday and Saturday - 500 CHF each way
friLingue offers an UNACCOMPANIED MINOR SERVICE at the cost of 100 CHF each way for incoming minor students. Please check your airline's age restriction guidelines. You may find further information on the Unaccompanied Minor Service by clicking on the following link: here.
TRANSFER BY TRAIN FROM ZURICH OR BERN:
(for Swiss participants)
A member of our team waits for the participants in Zurich or Bern (each time at the main train station) and takes them to the camp along with other children and teenagers (by bus or train).
At the end of the week, the participants are accompanied back to Zurich or Bern (again, to the main train station) until their parents (or another adult designed by the parents) wait for them.
Price (per way): 80 CHF from or to Zurich, 60 CHF from or to Bern (price includes the train ticket)
Price (per way) for participants with a General Abonnement (GA): 25 CHF from or to Zurich, 20 CHF from or to Bern.
Please note that for any late change (10 days before the camps or less) after booking this service (cancellation or other destination), friLingue will have to charge administration fees (40 CHF).
