Reservation: Parents have the option of booking either 10 or 20 45-minute language lessons per week, or 10 one-hour ski or snowboard lessons (in winter).

Departure: On Saturday (for families without airport transfer) or on Sunday (for families who have booked an airport transfer for the return journey)

While children and teenagers attend language courses in German, English or French, or improve their maths skills, parents are free to shape their stay exactly as they wish.

Family Camp
Enjoy an active holiday together in the mountains. Families can take part in workshops, excursions and evening activities, creating unforgettable memories and shared experiences. This option is ideal for parents who would like to spend their holidays actively with their children.
Family Workation
Would you like to combine work and family time? Thanks to reliable Wi-Fi and comfortable workspaces on site, you can stay productive while enjoying the Swiss Alps. While the children take part in the camp programme, parents can work, relax or explore the region independently. The perfect combination of workation and family holiday.
Accommodation for Families
Families stay in the same hotel as the camp participants. Depending on your needs, family rooms, double rooms and single rooms are available.
Children can either stay with their parents or share a room with their new friends.
All meals are included for the entire family.
Activities & Excursions in the Swiss Alps
Our Family Camp in Braunwald offers a varied programme including sports, workshops, creative activities, excursions and evening entertainment.
In summer, spring or autumn, we explore Switzerland's mountains, lakes and charming towns together. During winter, skiing and snowboarding take centre stage. The result is an unforgettable holiday experience for the whole family.
Participation in camp activities is entirely optional for parents. You decide whether you would like to join the programme or explore the region at your own pace.

Braunwald - the sunny terrace of the Glarnerland!
The Braunwald camp takes place in our own hotel.
We have plenty of space: three terraces, a TV room, lounges, a restaurant, a small self-service kitchen, toilets on all floors and a 90m² room exclusively for friLingue activities!
In addition, there is a games room with table football, a pool table and other games.

Braunwald is car-free and lies above the sea of fog. The only access is by the funicular from Linthal. The climb takes about 7 minutes.

This is just one example of a programme in summer designed for children. Activities and excursions can, for example, change in bad weather or be beyond our responsibility due to force majeure or other circumstances.
Language lessons
Language courses for adults are with 1-3 participants on average.
Language courses and ski or snowboard courses are offered outside the children's courses.
You can aggre the exact time (days and times) directly with the teacher and/or instructor on the day of your arrival.
If you are two adults (a couple or two adults from two friendly families) who book together for the same language and/or the same winter sport (skiing or snowboarding) - and for the same week - you only pay once for the course.
The ski pass is not included in the price. You can buy as many days as you wishe on site. This should include the days of ski or snowboard lessons if you book lessons with us.
Workshops, excursions and evening activites are WITH kids. You can participate in the activities with the children if and when you want. We do not organise activities specifically for parents.
Workshops
During the summer we offer a wide range of workshops, including sports workshops (football, basketball, volleyball, etc.), art workshops (painting, drawing, graffiti, dance, etc.), cooking workshops and many others.
Evening activities
If you still have the energy to keep up with your children.
Our fun evening activities include: disco night, karaoke evening, card and board games, casino, movie night, campfire, zombie & werewolf games, sardines, reverse hiding, and much more.
Excursions
In summer - two weekday afternoon excursions and a full day on Saturday.
In winter - one weekday excursion and a full day on Saturday.
Together, we'll discover the sights and beauties of the region.
At Braunwald, we offer parents the opportunity to accompany their children on their language study holiday.
Parents can also book private lessons, work on site or simply enjoy discovering the region.

Some children prefer to sleep with their parents. Simply select the option of a 4-6 bed room when booking.

Language lessons are offered outside the kids' classes. The exact timetable (days and hours) will be agreed upon directly with the teacher and/or instructor on Sunday, the day of their arrival.
**The daily ski pass is not included in the price. Parents must buy it directly on site for as many days as they wish.
***Transfers must respect the following times:
Arrival - between 10am and 4pm
Departure - between 12am and 6pm
