Cork English College is a family run business and has been offering English courses for over 40 years. The renowned language school in the south of Ireland places particular value on personal contact with its students and individual service.
Here, you have the opportunity to use and improve your English in class as well as in everyday life. The teaching staff is qualified, has many years of experience and English is always the mother tongue of the teachers. The Cork English College also has the "Quality English" award, and is the first college in Ireland to have received it.
This language trip is particularly suitable for young people from 12 to 17 years who not only want to improve their English but also want to experience active holidays: with multi-activity or horseriding.

You get to choose between the following two accommodation options:
Students residence
The residence is located in the Bishopstown district, three kilometers from the Cork city center. Throughout the year, students from the Cork Institute of Technology live here, making the property ideal for young people to learn, rest and chat. You live in a twin room, full board.
The program changes depending on the choice of accommodation (host family or residence) and the special program (multi-activity or horse riding).
This is a provisional sample program. Activities and excursions can, for example, change due to bad weather or be beyond our responsibility due to force majeure or other circumstances.
These options make your language stay in Cork an unforgettable experience. You choose between:
"English classes and multi-activities" with accommodation in a host family or residence
"English lessons and riding lessons" with accommodation in a host family or residence
"English lessons and rugby" with accommodation in a host family or residence
Various activities take place every afternoon and evening and there is a full-day excursion every Saturday.

If you choose the combined offer "English lessons and riding lessons", you will not take part in the activities in the afternoon, because there is a riding course every weekday. You can also get started as an absolute beginner! The riding lessons are led by a trained instructor.
If you choose the combined offer "English lessons and rugby", you will not take part in the activities in the afternoon either. But you play rugby every weekday and learn everything you need to know about rugby!
It is possible to organize a transfer from and / or to Dublin Airport. However, it should be noted that it is not included in the price of the language stay and lasts three hours. So please don't plan your trip too late or too early.
If you travel via Cork Airport and live with a host family, you will get picked up by them and brought back again on your departure. If you live in the residence, the transfer comes at an additional charge.
