Friplica – The Peer-to-Peer Learning Camp by friLingue
Learn independently, teach others, and discover new ways of learning. A camp that’s different.
At Friplica, we believe that those who teach others learn the most themselves. That’s why our camp works a little differently from traditional study or tutoring camps. Instead of fixed lessons and schedules, we focus on self-directed learning, mutual support, and personal responsibility. Friplica is designed for young people aged 14 to 18 who want to use their study time meaningfully, try out new approaches, and have fun at the same time.
How does the camp work?
Mornings: Learning on your own – but never alone (09:00–12:30)
Each participant brings their own goals and study materials – whether it’s exam prep, homework, or personal projects. Strong students support others: those who are confident in maths, French or English help those who are struggling. This creates an inspiring atmosphere where everyone learns from one another. An experienced camp leader or coach guides the group, providing structure, motivation, and support when needed.
After a short break, the focused learning continues.
Afternoons: Community, movement, and relaxation
After a productive morning, it’s time to get outside!
Participants join the regular friLingue afternoon programme – with sports, excursions, workshops, and adventure activities. This keeps the perfect balance between focus and free time, showing that productivity and relaxation go hand in hand.
Evenings: 30-minute “AI & Learning” sessions
How can artificial intelligence support learning? Each evening, participants take part in a short, playful “AI & Learning” session, discovering how to use AI tools meaningfully – for example, to research, summarise, or develop creative ideas. It’s not about technology, but about digital learning skills – learning to use AI responsibly and smartly.
Philosophy: Empowered Learning
Friplica means: learning from your own strength, learning together, and learning for life.
We show young people that they don’t have to rely on teachers or tutors – they can take charge of their own learning. And that learning is truly fun when it’s shared.
